The Cronulla Gropers Men's Mental Health group an associate group of SWIM, COFFEE, CHAT, are heading off to their third retreat at Komune Resort Bali on November 5, 2025 for 5 nights. It's one of the best trips you will ever experience for your own Mental Health, wellbeing and connection with others.

 

This retreat is about kick starting your health journey where you will experience ice baths, gym sessions, rice paddy trek, massages and daily mental health resilience. Beach front rooms with plunge pools. All food is included. Only a few spots left.
